Terms & Conditions for okpla Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the okpla online gaming platform, accessible at okpla.vu ("the Platform"). okpla reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the okpla platform are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are currently supported: Philippine bank transfer (via InstaPay and PESONet), GCash, and Maya.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are typically credited to your okpla account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.
• okpla does not accept deposits made by credit card or cryptocurrency.

If a deposit fails to credit to your account, contact okpla support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to re-submit the same deposit without first confirming the status of the original transaction.

okpla reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from okpla are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to your GCash account, Maya account, or Philippine bank account. All of the following conditions apply:

• Your KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal destination must be registered in the same name as your okpla account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are shown in your account dashboard.
• VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing for withdrawal requests.
• okpla does not charge fees on withdrawal requests. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside okpla's control.

Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before those specific funds can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance (funds you deposited directly) is not subject to wagering requirements unless a bonus was accepted in conjunction with that deposit and its terms specify otherwise.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

okpla offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and leaderboard rewards. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which are displayed at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotion specifies which game categories are eligible for wagering requirement contribution. Bets placed on ineligible categories will not contribute to clearing the requirement.
• Bonus funds that are not wagered through within their validity period will be forfeited. Your deposited real-money balance is not affected by bonus forfeiture.
• okpla reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered through.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in disqualification and account action.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where okpla determines a technical error has occurred.
